In an Australian sporting first, the Brisbane Broncos have gone completely ‘off-brand’ with a new Mental Health jersey to be worn by the NRL squad.

The Club will use its brand, the biggest in Australian sport to drive change and conversation around mental health.

Designed in collaboration with Broncos Charity Partner Black Dog Institute and apparel partner ASICS, all of the Broncos major partners have powerfully blacked out their high-profile logos on the jersey, which will see them applied in a gel applicator and only visible under lights.

The Broncos will make a major financial donation from proceeds of the jersey to Black Dog Institute, a leading research organisation focused on translating mental health research into real-world impact, creating better mental health for all Australians.

Every jersey also features a QR code etched to a new Broncos Wellbeing Hub on the Broncos website, created alongside Black Dog Institute.
