* Timing refers to delivery to capital cities and major regional centres within Australia, other areas may take longer. Personalisation can add an additional 10 business days as listed on the item. Please refer to pre-sale item descriptions for expected shipping times*

Processing your Order

• Express orders are sent on the next available business day. 

• Standard & International orders are processed and sent within 2 business days.

• Time frames may vary for items with personalisation, on Pre-Sale or memorabilia pieces. Please consult the product description for these items.

• Some memorabilia items of a greater size & weight may incur different shipping charges which you will be made aware of prior to purchasing.


CUSTOMS:

Please note that each individual country has different customs and duties charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order.

SHIPPING FAQ’S:

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our urgent orders will be delivered via Star Track Express Premium Service (Ph.13 23 45). Standard orders will be delivered via Australia Post Parcel Service (Ph.13 76 78). International Orders will be delivered via Australia Post International Courier.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, when your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with tracking details for your order, please use this to track your order through the appropriate courier service.


DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

No you don’t, our courier partners will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange redelivery, please use the details on the card to arrange for this to take place. In the majority of cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office.


CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOU?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.


CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes when completing your order on-line when you come to checkout you may add a different address as an option. These options include to your work address (please ensure you put floor numbers and company name in the delivery). We are able to utilise parcel lockers via Australia Post and 7/11 stores for added convenience, please visit Auspost.com for information on this service.


IS MY ORDER INSURED?

Yes, all our orders are fully insured at no extra charge. We will gladly replace lost orders free of charge, once we have had notification from our courier partners that your order has been misplaced.
